REUNION- The HOSTEL years! Can we organise a get-to-gether?

"From 1945, Commonwealth hostels and camps were used to house newly arrived migrants. Many Dutch migrants spent time in camps at Bathurst (until its closure in 1954), Scheyville and Nelson Bay."

My parents and I spent time in Bonegilla, Scheyville, Villawood and Matraville (Pozieres Ave.).

Where did you "spend time" ? What was it like? Where did you settle, eventually?
